The main character of this story is Makounuchi Ippo.Such a kind heart and well mannered. From their senpai, he surely was strange. He is a quick learner when it comes to boxing. Synopsis

This story is about one guy called Makounuchi Ippo who were always picked on by his schoolmates. His always very polite and also too kind and helping his mother for his family fishing bussiness that makes him didnt have any friends. His life change suddenly when his being picked again and was saved by Takamura Mamoru who is a professional boxer and being taken to the gym when he cold out. Then, from this point, he had taken his life into hard training when he decided to join the boxing as he was tested before the coach Kamogawa accept him to be one of them. Since the performance with the same age boxer, Miyata Ichirou had amazed the coach, Ippo become the attenton of him. Then it truely become such an enjoyable for Ippo to stay box an make it as a part of his life.Through this, many obstacle come and this story become much interesting when the tough opponent were same class as him.
